Offering private and semi-private reformer classes that allow clients to experience personalized attention for maximum results. 

Reformer Classes

Reformer classes at Pilates Pacific are 50-minute, full-body workouts designed to leave you feeling balanced, strong, and invigorated—while deepening the connection between mind and body.

Each session is thoughtfully customized to you as an individual, whether you’re new to Pilates or more experienced. We honor that your time is valuable, so every workout is intentional, efficient, and tailored to meet you exactly where you are.

We close each class with a grounding moment of heart-focused breathing, accompanied by the soothing tones of crystal sound bowls—allowing your body to integrate the work, regulate your nervous system, and leave feeling centered, calm, and restored.

Strengthen, Tone & Balance Your Body

Regular Pilates practice is a great way to enhance  your endurance for daily life and other physical activities by improving muscular and postural strength.  Pilates Pacific offers balanced full-body workout classes that strengthen and tone your body while improving balance and proprioception. Meet Milena Fletcher

I am the owner of Pilates Pacific and a certified Pilates instructor, yoga instructor, reiki practitioner, and HeartMath Trainer.  With passion for wellness, I like to focus on helping build your foundation, knowledge, muscle strength and balance, while focusing on posture, proper alignment and breath to develop a mind-body connection and a mindful Pilates practice.  I am truly passionate about supporting clients in achieving their goals and celebrating each individual progress.  I have a unique approach to fitness and holistic well-being, blending the precision of Pilates and mindfulness. Blending mindful movement with heart coherence, I guide clients through classical Pilates and HeartMath practices to restore balance, regulate the nervous system, and elevate inner peace.
