Reformer Classes

Reformer classes at Pilates Pacific are 50 minute full- body workouts designed to leave you feeling balanced, strong and invigorated, while uniting the mind - body connection. We customize our training to you as an individual whether you are new to pilates or experienced. We know your time is valuable and so your workout all be at your level.

Regular Pilates practice is a great way to enhance  your endurance for daily life and other physical activities by improving muscular and postural strength.  Pilates Pacific offers balanced full-body workout classes that strengthen and tone your body while improving balance and proprioception. At Pilates Pacific, we believe true wellness begins within. Alongside our movement offerings, we create space for inner stillness through guided meditation, HeartMath practices, and crystal bowl sound healing. These sessions are designed to help you access heart coherence—a deeply regenerative state where your heart, mind, and body come into harmony. The soothing frequencies of the crystal bowls support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep relaxation, allowing you to reconnect with your natural rhythm and restore inner balance.

Meet Milena Fletcher

I am the owner of Pilates Pacific and a certified Pilates instructor and yoga instructor.  With passion for wellness, I like to focus on helping build your foundation, knowledge, muscle strength and balance, while focusing on posture, proper alignment and breath to develop a mind-body connection and a mindful Pilates practice.  I am truly passionate about supporting clients in achieving their goals and celebrating each individual progress.  I have a unique approach to fitness and holistic well-being, blending the precision of Pilates and mindfulness. Blending mindful movement with heart coherence, I guide clients through classical Pilates, HeartMath practices, and crystal bowl sound meditations to restore balance, regulate the nervous system, and elevate inner peace.
